EZ-Stop, a top C-Store chain in East Tennessee, sought improved coffee service for their convenience stores. In collaboration with Fleetwood’s coffee professionals, a coffee program emerged offering increased profitability and reduced waste. Fleetwood’s upgraded coffee service ensures reduced coffee waste of stale burnt coffee that normally sits on coffee burners for hours. In addition, the consistent taste resulting from Fleetwood’s fresh roasted specialty coffee proved to be a draw to increase store traffic.
EZ-Stop now features Fleetwood’s C-store coffee program in 35 EZ-Stop convenience stores across East Tennessee. Through this collaboration, EZ-Stop lowered their coffee service cost and experienced a boost in sales. A bonus advantage is the increased customer loyalty gained as customer’s return for EZ-Stop’s superior coffee.
